Not stressful at all. Was my first interview ever and the process was very formal. Seemed like they were reading off a scripted interview with the same questions on it.

Everyone there was very welcoming and relaxed, easy to talk to. Overall very friendly atmosphere. Asked around six questions, had the manager and assistant manager present for the interview too.

Before my interview they asked me to pick out a set on the shop floor that I felt represented me in some way.
Usual interview questions then selling a set and identifying needs of mock client to try sell a set. Had online screening questions initially that were fairly easy. Received callback for interview on same day that wanted to conduct interview
