Process: 1st interview - non technical interview - include a few technical questions but was generally pleasant. lasted roughly 1 hour. I recommend preparing before hand. technical assessment - build sub agents in an agentic system. prepares you for the day to day. only expect 3-4 hours of work. give you 1 week to complete final interview - part 1: explanation of technical assessment and choices final interview - part 2: explanation of background and experience final interview total length - 1.5 hrs
