The recruiter you spoke with is responsible for the initial prescreening of applicants and guiding them through the next steps of the process. All hiring managers from our clients, however, are based in the USA. Once a candidate’s application is submitted for review, if they are preselected, the hiring manager provides their availability for an interview. At that point, we coordinate with the candidate to schedule the interview at a mutually convenient time.
