for almost an hour, she asked me many questions regarding my programming skills and computer science culture. She also explained the position I’m applying. the interview is pleasant. I'm still waiting for the result from them.

I am in Dubai and appeared in Online Interviews via Google Hangout. The first step was an HR interview. In the 2nd step, it was a technical, 1 hour-long interview with Director Mobile Development. 3rd step was a 6 hours long technical challenge. 4th step was a challenge review meeting with the same Girl who conducted the technical round. She said, "Make your mind and take your decision and finalize salary package first before going to the next round of interviews". I receive HR emails & a phone call and finalized a salary package. So far it was so good as it was all technical. Then I received an Email for the 2nd round of interview, It was 4 hours long interviews where I met 8 different people on Video calls including a cultural interview. Some guys were really nice, but some asked very strange questions like, 1. You are Muslim so do you pray at lunchtime? 2. What is the house-rent in Dubai? 3. Tell me 10 usages of pen other than writing? 4. If I come to Dubai this weekend where would you take me? 5. Are you scared of anything in your life? 6. What you usually do at the weekend? 7. You have a needle in a Haystack how would you find it? 8. What other people say negative about you? I respected their all questions and I tried to be honest. But after a few days, I received a rejection email and I think the reason is the cultural interview. Now I would say to the Hiring Managers at Unu, If this kind of question really has such weight then why wouldn't you take the cultural interview at the start? Instead of wasting my full month and yours as well. I would have given this feedback to the hiring manager but nobody asked for any feedback other than sending me the rejection email :)
