Hi ,
I had an interview with the upgrad team recently in Bangalore location. Hr round was easy and cool. But when I moved to manager round. He was totally unprofessional and rude to me .We both worked together in the same company for different departments. He was really sarcastic and at the beginning itself I understood that he don’t want to hire . Interview panel is not the place to show your professional jealousy .
I would recommend all the people not to visit their company for any role , if you don’t want to loose your self-respect.

HR Round > Manager > Director > HR
It is a long process & they will take weeks to confirm.
They are a bit slow. Also the process is high & package is low.
2 rounds -
1- TA round - bg check, notice period , salary, etc
2- Managerial Round - will check communication, sales tech, cultural fit etc
3- Offer letter and negotiations
My interview experience at UpGrad as an Admission Counselor was average. The process was straightforward but lacked excitement. The questions were standard, and the overall interaction felt neutral and professional.
