Applied through company website. HR call first then hiring manager then start with onsite interview. It takes 3 weeks to get the answer from them with 2 mails to follow up.

Give 2 tests at the site and technical questions are not hard. Ask couple of trick questions and if you can not answer they told you that is ok and not count. But be careful with the manager, They ask question about hobbies to know your personal then they check to see you fit the job. Don't like it because it is sneaky.
