Began with a call from the recruiter working with vCom and within a day I had a phone screening scheduled. That call lasted about 90 minutes and focused heavily on both the immediate need of the organization as well as the culture of the company. It was a very relaxed interview and I was immediately impressed by the employee-centric tone of the call. After the call I was asked to fill out a Predictive Index personality quiz as well as another (which I can't remember the name of). I was informed the next day that they wanted to fly me San Ramon for an interview. That interview consisted of a day long series of meetings with corporate leaders as well as some social interaction. The interview was purposely arranged to coincide with the quarterly meeting and happy hour, so I had an opportunity to meet a great many current employees.
