The two people who interviewed me were very pleasant and authentic, however, the questions were very formulaic. I prepared well for the interview, noting my skill set and researching the organization which did help with the questions that were asked. My complaint is that one of the interviewers noted that I would be notified about his decision within the next week or two and I was never notified. I'm totally fine with not having gotten the job, but I truly think it's necessary to give interviewees some respect for their time and effort and let them know that they didn't get the position. It's not that hard. I would have liked for constructive feedback from the interview if there was any, but I wasn't given the chance.

I got the job it was good questions were related to the position, there really is no more I can say about the interview process. I was called and given a date and time to come in. I prepared myself by going over the job descripton and thinking of all my experience and how the applied to the job description. I reveiwed my resume that was submitted to make sure I understood mu skills sets submitted. Then I reserched the employers history, mission and values
