Will interview you over the phone to basically get to know your salary needs, job preferences, and hours available. If they like those answers, they'll schedule a virtual interview on camera and ask more in depth questions.

very nice and accommodating. I appreciate how they make sure they are hiring the right people. They are extremely transparent and giving when it comes to the information you want to know. Also, allowing you to do mock helpdesk tasks, makes it easy to see what you will be doing once hired.

I waited over a month or two before receiving the email to set up an interview. The interview process was fairly easy to set up after receiving an email to do so. The interview occurred remotely.

applied, was requested to take many tests.. multiple choice, long answer interview questions. overall very time consuming. typing assessment was difficult, but when i finally achieved it, the system thought i was copying and pasting (which i didn't, i copy and pasted onto word so i can see how many words it was to gauge the 50 wpm standard) SO I DIDNT PASS. only after you are "graded" it tell you you didn't pass ( got everything right/typed 50 wpm 100% but the system thought i cheated) and that you have to make a new account with a diff email to apply again. then i get an email with more application questions that involve a voice recording, reading a long essay, and two formal references. for 11.50 an hour, this is way too extensive and that's coming from a grad student. not worth it at all.
