3 different interviews, some of them included presentations that I had to prepare+ 1 IQ test. After the last stage, which I was told was just a technicality, I received an automated email that I didn't get the job. It wasn't difficult but very time-consuming.
Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un'agenzia di reclutamento personale. La procedura ha richiesto 4 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso yellowHEAD
Colloquio
I recently went through a recruitment process with YellowHead that was very frustrating and disappointing, especially considering it was for a freelance contract. Here are the various stages I went through:
1. LinkedIn Outreach by a Ukrainian Agency: I was contacted by a recruitment agency based in Ukraine, which conducted the initial interview on behalf of YellowHead.
2.Interview with the Agency: An initial discussion to assess my suitability for the position and my general skills.
3.Interview with HR: A visio interview with YellowHead's HR department to further discuss my background and motivations.
4.Logipass Logic Test: I completed an online logic test, Logipass, which took about an hour.
5.Interview with 2 Managers: A video conference interview with two managers from YellowHead's team to discuss my technical skills and experience.
6.Home Assessment: A detailed and time-consuming home exercise, taking about 10 hours of work.
7. Additionnal Technical Interview with the Manager: A final technical interview with YellowHead's manager to discuss the results of the home assessment and further evaluate my technical skills.
Unfortunately, despite investing a lot of time and effort into this 1-month-long process, I ultimately received a negative response from YellowHead. The main reason cited was my lack of experience with mobile app campaigns, despite this information being known from the first interview.
This experience was very frustrating, especially considering it was for a freelance contract. I strongly advise YellowHead to review their recruitment process to avoid such situations in the future, which would respect the time and commitment of the candidates.
