Are you already a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) looking for a consistent schedule and a meaningful role supporting children with autism? Affinity Autism Services is seeking dedicated RBTs to join our growing team.

Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

This position is for currently certified RBTs only. Applicants must hold an active RBT certification to be considered.

Schedule

Monday – Friday
9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

• Set, consistent schedule
• No weekends or major holidays
• 30-40 hours each week

Pay Range

$19.00 – $26.00 per hour

• Based on experience, performance, and qualifications

What You’ll Do

As an RBT, you will:

• Implement individualized ABA therapy plans
• Work one-on-one with children
• Support development of communication, behavioral, and life skills
• Collect session data and complete progress notes
• Provide services in home and/or clinic settings

Requirements

• Active RBT certification (required)
• 18 years or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation to travel to client locations
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Ability to stand, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable assisting with toileting needs
• Basic computer skills for documentation
• Positive, professional attitude and passion for working with children
