About the role

You will join a team that doesn’t just develop products, but integrated solutions for intelligent energy management. Your role will be at the heart of the energy transition: you will work on solutions that connect domestic thermal comfort, connectivity, and the power grid, enabling new models such as demand response, energy consumption optimization, and integration with energy markets.

You will act as a key coordination point between product strategy and technical execution, supporting the Home Energy Management (HEM) and Demand Response (DR) Product Manager in delivering innovative solutions through cross-functional teams.

Main responsibilities

• Support the Product Manager in translating the HEM & DR strategy into concrete projects
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (connectivity, electronics, software, marketing, business units, etc.) without direct reporting lines
• Lead the development of HEM & DR solutions throughout the entire lifecycle (requirements definition, planning, development, validation and release)
• Ensure alignment between business objectives, technology, and customer value
• Monitor project progress (timelines, costs, quality)
• Facilitate decision-making and problem-solving in complex, cross-functional environments
• Manage internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a systemic and end-to-end perspective
• Contribute to the definition of new energy use cases (e.g., consumption optimization, flexibility services, grid integration)

Your profile

• Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Energy, Management Engineering, or similar)
• A solid 2–3 years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, or technical roles with strong exposure to cross-functional projects
• Solid understanding of complex systems (hardware + software + services)
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Structured yet flexible problem-solving approach
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Fluency in English and Italian

Nice to have (not mandatory)

• Experience in: IoT / connectivity, energy / HVAC,smart home or demand response
• Familiarity with digital ecosystem or platform-based models
