Three months in and I love working here. Below are the things I like about Bobsled: 1) the people - everyone is incredibly smart, motivated and kind 2) the culture - the company puts a big emphasis on being "hypothesis-driven", which basically means that ideas are assessed on their merits, not on the title/seniority of the person. Also, Bobsled is not a "debate culture" where you're slammed if you have a bad idea. Leadership is super conscious about the tendency for loudmouths to dominate conversations, and they put forth a lot of effort to carve out space for everyone to submit ideas and provide feedback. 3) leadership - the senior leaders at Bobsled are all amazingly smart and have a lot of startup experience. i feel confident that they're steering us in the right direction and that they care about all of us as people too.

If you're not a fan of remote work, then yeah you probably won't like working at a remote company.
