Worked here for 3 years. The only positive thing is that you have roughly good work life balance but all the rest is a mix of boring and inefficient work, there is no real responsibility or accountability for the role you have. You can be a director and still your cannot take any decisions or being autonomous, the company is really ineffective and inefficient with many people involved even in a simple thing like sending an email.... embarrassing, old school management and really fake team work. Also it is difficult or almost impossible create bond with your peers. If you are a young guy and ambitious this is absolutely not the right company.
