It creates an environment where learning happens constantly and where autonomy is encouraged. Leadership guides and supports you, while also trusting you to think critically and make decisions in your role. Regarding TimeDoctor, I know it’s something some candidates ask about. Personally, it hasn’t impacted me. In a fully remote company with hundreds of employees across different countries, having systems in place for accountability make sense. Once you settle into your workflow, you don’t even notice it.
