Toxic environment. No possibility to make career despite doing the best at work. Hierarchy in the company more tied to political decisions than to the employee performance (despite claiming to be a company that guarantees professional growth). Employee recognitions (some awards given to the best performing people) seem to be just a "prize" but professional growth and career doesn’t happen even after getting them. Upper and middle management is completely disconnected from employee reality. Workload is unbalanced: some people constantly work overtime while someone else (in a similar position) in underloaded. Layoffs happening constantly and targeting people randomly (without any correlation vs. employee performance): this disappoints people who despite giving their best are chosen to be fired without a clear rationale.
