-...if only there was openness to feedbacks -Excessive workload of repetitive tasks keeps people busy all the time giving them no space to think of their career improvement -Need for flexible hours turns into need for extra working hours -As a result, people is put one against the other, generating resentment, hatred, anger and the treatment of new hires seem to be taken from a different time and age where the new hire needs to be treated as an elementary student and you'll be charged with responsibilities that should have been of the manager without even being told so and only much later on you'll find out you should have understood for yourself that you needed to take over certain extra responsibilities without anyone needing to hint you that way (actually, getting hinted the other way around... What are we, mind readers?) -Work you could perform from anywhere with no sweat is limited to be performed from your residency town, even though during hiring process you were told there shouldn't have been any problems letting you work from different places -Review process is based more in an attempt to keep you stuck where you are or degrade you rather then offering you opportunities for improvement -Company culture related to inclusivity and fair opportunities is just a façade to keep up with the running times, but most of your colleagues you'll hear joking about human rights and such... on the workplace -The selection process, for me at least, was so fast that I wasn't even given the opportunity to meet any team members before joining, only the main manager, not even his right hand man.
