      The work environment is simply outstanding. Ever since the very first day, I felt very well welcomed. You are mostly surrounded by talented people, tech experts I'd say, and technical conversations are really fruitful and frequent. Hierarchy is mostly flat, you can reach out to anyone, CEO included and have informal calls about anything. Lots of room for personal improvement and also your own ideas. Excellent work/life balance, no need to work extra hours, there are not working hours, you can work as you please, as long as you get things done.
