My experience at this company has been marked by a consistently chaotic and reactive working environment. Processes lack structure, priorities shift frequently without proper alignment, and communication between teams is often unclear or inconsistent. This creates confusion rather than efficiency and makes long-term planning nearly impossible. There is a strong, often unspoken expectation that you must handle everything yourself — taking on multiple roles, solving problems beyond your scope, and continuously proving your value in order to “justify” your position. Workloads regularly exceed what is realistically manageable, yet support, guidance, and clear prioritization are limited. Instead of fostering structured collaboration and sustainable growth, the culture tends to reward overextension and constant firefighting. This results in pressure rather than productivity, and makes it difficult to focus on delivering high-quality, thoughtful work. It is also worth noting that these expectations and pressures do not apply evenly across the organization. They tend to fall disproportionately on individuals who demonstrate competence, critical thinking, and a strong sense of responsibility. Those who consistently step up and deliver are often given even more to carry. At the same time, others who contribute less or avoid ownership do not seem to face equivalent accountability. This imbalance creates a dynamic where high performers absorb the workload, while underperformance often goes unaddressed. Over time, this leads to frustration, burnout, and a sense of unfairness within the team.
