Working at Decentralized Masters has genuinely changed my life. This isn’t just a job for me, it’s an extension of who I am. Since 2016, crypto has been my passion, and now I get to share that passion every day by helping others enter and operate in this incredible industry that’s redefining finance. At DM, I’ve found purpose. I get to do what I love: helping others grow while continuing to grow myself. The company’s mission perfectly aligns with my own values, and I truly believe in its vision. I see Decentralized Masters becoming a billion-dollar company, not just because of its innovation, but because of the heart and dedication behind it. Some of my greatest satisfactions come from seeing members who started with zero knowledge outside centralized exchanges like Coinbase or Kraken. After just six months to a year, they’re confidently managing their own crypto, benefiting from low fees, higher LP APRs, and truly becoming their own bank. Knowing I helped them get there is an incredible feeling. I also love explaining concepts in a way people finally get. That “aha” moment, when I see the light in their eyes, never gets old. And yes, it’s also extremely rewarding to help someone make a 5x or even 15x in under 48 hours by catching the right opportunity at the right time. Those wins remind me how powerful this space can be when you know what you’re doing. The kind of person I’d recommend to join DM is someone proactive, not reactive. Someone who’s ready to learn, use all the resources we offer, and take ownership of their progress. In the beginning, they might lean on me a lot, but over time they become independent and confident, only coming back to refine details, that’s the goal. What draws people to DM, in my opinion, is the deeper philosophy behind it. It’s about taking control of your money and breaking free from the traditional systems we’ve been taught to rely on. Once people truly understand that, they get hooked. And with mentorship, that transformation happens faster. There just aren’t many places offering the level of guidance that we do. What makes this experience even more special is knowing that I’m good at what I do. That confidence drives me to keep improving, take on more responsibility, and grow within the company. Every day reminds me that I’m exactly where I’m meant to be, contributing to something much bigger than myself.

As for downsides, there really aren’t many. The only challenges come from the fact that we’re still a young company, so some internal automations and systems are still being refined. But these are just growing pains, nothing that takes away from the experience or the culture. In fact, being part of this early stage makes the work even more meaningful, because you can see your impact directly.
