      They pretend to be cool and youngsters

      They will ask you to do 4 hours interviews straight. Likely you will end up chatting with people in their twenties without much working experience. They will ask you about Star Wars, surfing and favourite movie. Nobody will explain anything about the role / team / business but they will tell you experience doesn’t matter and everyone can do everyone else’s job. Steer very far away from this bunch of naive
