Salary below average, paid in Czech Crowns only, and hit by double taxation. Wings Pattern contract has unstable rostering, with frequent issues with hotels and taxis. Proceedings to home base are not paid. Favoritism towards German and Austrian crew members, with unfair treatment of others bordering on mobbing. Complaints and requests are met with dismissal and sometimes retaliation.

I felt like I was scammed. The wings pattern contract was advertised as an incredible opportunity to work, travel, and earn money. The truth is that you'll be treated like a slave and basically have no rights compared to your colleagues contracted under a different agreement. It will happen many times that you'll be doing something that seems illegal for the flights, but still the OCC will ask you to go on duty, or they 'won't forget about it'. Anytime someone needs to call in sick, they start mobbing them; sometimes they even try to kick people out of their hotel room, and tell them to go home with their own means. Awful.
