Pros:
Although I have worked for them for less than 2 years I have learnt a lot. I have lead on webinars of various levels, nurtured a consistent portfolio, understood how to handle customers engagement.
Cons:
There have been cuts that have led to reorgs and to workflow reorganization, but in general this has led to my own growth and I was able to move from a support role to a CSM role.
