Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of your time when you worked here. We do appreciate it and it is great to see you listed a number of positives. It is unclear as to when you worked with us but on some of the cons you highlighted there are a few that we wanted to call out. In terms of lack of career progression, all of our vacancies are advertised internally and we encourage our people to apply. In fact at the moment we have over 30 of our Retail Store team in secondments in to our business with nearly 40 others being moved in to permanent roles so progression is there. On our salaries, they are benchmarked every year to make sure that we remain competitive and that we are up there with the rest of our retail competitors. We do hope your career is going well.
