My experience at this company was deeply concerning. The work environment often felt hostile and unpredictable, where employees were treated more as liabilities than valued contributors. There was a persistent atmosphere of manipulation, with unclear communication and shifting expectations that made it difficult to perform effectively or feel secure in one’s role. Decisions were frequently made without transparency, leaving employees uncertain about their standing. Most troubling was the pattern of unjustified dismissals. Colleagues were let go without clear reasons or fair processes, creating a constant sense of instability and fear. Additionally, the technical level of the product presented to investors did not reflect reality, raising further concerns about transparency and the integrity of management. Overall, this experience raised serious concerns about the company’s management practices and workplace culture. I would strongly encourage prospective employees to carefully consider these aspects before joining.
