It is so great to be part of an organization that is advancing swim equity in our city and raising awareness of water quality issues through innovation!

It is a small team so its sometimes hard to get everything done that needs to be done. The team and leadership is pretty incredible to have done so much with so little resources, unlike anywhere else I've ever worked.
