Complete chaos from the top down Retention and promotion decisions aren't based on anything aside from personal opinions of ownership, who does not in fact have any idea what is going on in their own company. I'd be surprised if this place is still in operation in another two years, max.

You may get lucky and work with a few good people

CEO has no clear vision. Changes his mind every five seconds. Is verbally abusive to people who work for him, or who are potential customers of his. The training for your position will be minimal, if any at all. You will get nothing but positive feedback from your direct manager, and be fired with no warning and no explanation, simply because the CEO does not know what he's doing. He is looking to hire people to build something for him, and then replace everyone with overseas workers or AI technology.
