The company company culture is very progressive, and welcoming. Though the company is a small I felt like i was able to grow and develop with the business as it grew via its education assistance program. The company made every accommodation to make sure i had the tools to do my current job, and resource to get the training needed for upward mobility. I started my career path with 1Source as a entry level clerk. In the matter of a few short years through hard work, and adequate training i was to get my accounting certs with the company assistance. I now posses the Proper skill set to add value to any organizations finance and accounting department. I know this personal goal of mines would never have been realized without the assistance of this wonderful company and its management team commitment to its employees.
