Colleagues are friendly and accommodating. Boss is provident, decisive and considerate. Thanks to the company, it provides us with favorable working environment and decent salaries.       A stepping stone to get into the industry although it won't guaranteed you to land offers from major LSPs. Coworkers are mostly friendly.

      Working with oversea production teams can be frustrated and annoyed due to cultural difference and language barrier. The owner is ambitious but lack of clear vision and full of sporadic action plans. It drives the team crazy. Pay tends to be on the lower end.
