Disorganized : lack of clear communication between directors and team ( team members keep changing during a project, lack of consistency creates mess) Disrespectful of people time :working on a weekend is taken for granted. Rarely you will get the time to take your holidays/ days back. Poor project & Client management: messy communication between client and PM. Chinese is a must. Directors will rarely back up the team, they will be asking you to do what clients want even nonsense requirements in short time. Not remote working system in place. cannot work from home Not many expats

​Complete Cultural Collapse: The acquisition by 10 Design/Egis has entirely eliminated the company's previously strong, family-oriented culture. The sense of community and mutual respect has been replaced by a transactional, numbers-driven environment. ​Severe Compensation Issues & Financial Strain: The organization has failed to provide standard financial recognition, including the elimination of annual bonuses for multiple consecutive years. There has been a recent implementation of mandatory salary reductions presented on a "take it or leave it" basis, suggesting severe financial difficulties and a fundamental devaluation of staff compensation. ​Job Insecurity and Lack of Appreciation: Employee loyalty and effort are not valued. Tenure means little, and there is a pervasive atmosphere of job insecurity. There is no accountability for staff demonstrating inconsistent work ethics, while others who work tirelessly are ignored. ​Stagnant Career Growth: Advancement opportunities are non-existent. Hard work and high performance do not correlate with promotions or professional development paths. ​Arrogant and Detached Management: Leadership lacks authenticity and empathy. They project an attitude of superiority while failing to advocate for employees against directives coming from overseas headquarters (Hong Kong/Egis/France), indicating a critical lack of local control and strategic vision. ​Failed U.S. Strategy: The company was reportedly acquired to penetrate the U.S. market, yet subsequent actions, including office closures and mass layoffs (or talent exits due to hostile policies), directly contradict this goal, resulting in the demoralization and firing of core staff.
