I enjoy working for a company that actually cares for the wellbeing and outcome of the recipients we help on a day to day basis. Floor staff is always on top of making sure we are comfortable in the environment we are in 8 hours a day, especially Aisha!
Svantaggi
We get sent home on "slow days" if we are not "preforming". Training classes could be a little bit more thorough especially for people who have never worked in this type of environment or industry before. The floor can be a little too loud when we are on the line sometimes.
