Some people are nice to work with. The new CEO seems nice.

Work is repetitive; you can do as much as you want or as little, and you will be paid the same Toxic behaviour is totally unchecked and covered by clever C-level management Very junior managers, even when they have senior titles. They won’t last 1 day in other companies Some people at the senior director level are there only because of legacy and friendship, and are totally unable to manage. Same for some accounts that moved internally only because they are friends with senior people, but are completely unequipped to do the work professionally

-Remote. -Insurance & 401k match are decent.

-Imagine Dunder Mifflin type financial decisions in 2025. -Way more concerned with image & rebranding than scope of client work. -Unable to obtain more than 1 client while promising that everything is “going well”. -Ignores sexual harassment & grooming claims if it’s coming from their only client. -CEO resigning amid constant failure but conveniently adding self to self-created board of directors for a company with 1 client. It’s obvious the everyday workers on their 1 project will take a pay cut for this. -Women have lower salaries at the management level. -Preaches maximum diversity & inclusion but doesn’t actually support.
