      Excellent work/life balance; really lenient with PTO; wonderful company culture that makes you feel celebrated.

      No corporate structure -- there is no way for you to move up or get a promotion unless someone leaves the company and a spot becomes vacant, and even then it's really only people management role. We haven't seen appropriate salary increases in a long time. Your growth will be stagnant here.

      -Remote. -Insurance & 401k match are decent.

      -Imagine Dunder Mifflin type financial decisions in 2025. -Way more concerned with image & rebranding than scope of client work. -Unable to obtain more than 1 client while promising that everything is “going well”. -Ignores sexual harassment & grooming claims if it’s coming from their only client. -CEO resigning amid constant failure but conveniently adding self to self-created board of directors for a company with 1 client. It’s obvious the everyday workers on their 1 project will take a pay cut for this. -Women have lower salaries at the management level. -Preaches maximum diversity & inclusion but doesn’t actually support.
