You are a revenue stream to them, not a person to invest in as part of the firm. Fired 3 people on my team in 6 months…. And it’s a ~20 company. Below average benefits. Literally 20 minutes of onboarding which includes screen sharing a one page bulleted list of vague values. Never given a job description despite ongoing requests spanning months and false promises to provide. Total lack of engagement and awareness from leadership for what employees do everyday. Performance feedback is a joke because they don’t know what you do as a contractor. Lack of mentorship and coaching from firm (despite having a process and framework that wasn’t executed) Inside jokes that no one beyond the core team understand
