-Terrible management -Cliquey environment -0 common sense on the management level, and lack of experience/knowledge throughout the company, many employees are not qualified to do the jobs they have, and have 0 support -They run off all of their talent by overworking them and underpaying them -management makes every wrong move, even the lowest people on the totem pole can see the move as bad, yet it is made -management doesn’t listen to their employees -Management refused to fire someone for being horrible on the phones, the agent was rude to customers on 10+ occasions over the year she worked there, and the contracted customer is actually who decided to remove the agent from the contract rather than 1901 recognizing it after it was reported repeatedly.
