- Cute office in a great location - No dress code...very casual - High profile brands as clients

Svantaggi

- Workload is crazy and unbalanced....they aren't keen on hiring more help to even it out - Pressure to perform well, but with lack of direction and proper resources - Management shows favouritism to certain people - The agency itself is very cheap so don’t expect good pay and/or benefits - Interns are brought on every season but essentially get used as free labour - The turnover is high

Senior leadership placed in roles without fundamental industry knowledge (didn't know basic metrics like EMV or ROI calculation) Management failed to support team during critical deliverables while junior staff worked past hours consistently No recognition of team effort (worked well past end-of-day regularly, no summer Fridays taken) Management made decisions without consulting team members who worked directly with employees Contradictory direction and being overstepped when trying to streamline processes Junior employees set up to compensate for senior-level gaps in knowledge
