I love my job and my coworkers, and genuinely look forward to coming to work every day. Kudos to the hiring team for finding the most kind, helpful, supportive people to add to the team. I really like that you're never cemented into one job - you are free (and encouraged) to explore within the company if that's something that interests you. In my experience, they value work/life balance. I'm never expected to work longer hours, and they understand that 'life happens' and are incredibly flexible about it. Getting this job changed my life, and my mental health has improved significantly. Other pros: - work from home - excellent benefits - fair compensation - incredibly supportive coworkers and management - a great work culture - no micromanaging - transparency from the top down - fun events and activities to get us interacting with those outside of our teams

- LOTS to learn as a newbie. There are many tools that you will need to register for/get familiar with, on top of learning about the app itself (if you don't already use it or know much about it). This might feel overwhelming but I promise it gets better. - there is tons of support and people are always happy to help and answer questions, however it can sometimes be difficult to know where to direct those questions as there are many branches and teams. - it's a support job, you might be expected to start off working one day of the weekend. This isn't a con for me, personally I like the weekends and evenings because they tend to be less hectic. But many people prefer M-F, 9-5 and that's not the reality for everyone in the company. Honestly, that's all I can think of.
