Salary well below market average. Highest levels of managment are focused on sales at the expense of all other departments. Individuals are either overworked and stressed or lost and unsure of what to work on next. Poor communication between UK and US branches (unless it is regarding sales). Severe lack of transparency in conveying management goals and decisions to employees. No effort to maintain employee satisfaction or engagement.
