Creating an environment where people feel supported by their teams is something we care deeply about, so it’s encouraging to hear that this was part of your experience.
We also recognise that periods of organisational change can be challenging. Over the past couple of years we have gone through significant transformation as a business aligning to our future strategy, and we understand that this can have an impact on morale and engagement. Supporting our people through change and communicating clearly about the reasons behind it is extremely important to us, and feedback like yours helps us reflect on where we need to do better.
We take concerns around role clarity, workloads and management practices seriously. Ensuring expectations are clear, timelines are realistic, and teams feel empowered rather than constrained is something we continue to focus on with our leaders. We are also actively reviewing feedback from our employee surveys to understand where improvements can be made and to ensure we are listening to the experiences of our people.
