Vantaggi
Nothing significant to highlight here. Good and bad,
Svantaggi
The company tried to look supportive on the surface, but once you were actually in the role, the cracks showed fast. The team was collaborative enough, but the expectations kept shifting and the “manageable workload” only stayed manageable because most of the tasks were the same repetitive admin work every day. I picked up some office skills and got pulled into different departments, but none of it led anywhere because there’s basically no real advancement in admin roles. And whenever priorities changed, which was often, the direction became vague, leaving everyone guessing what actually mattered. It was frustrating to feel stuck and constantly trying to make sense of unclear guidance.
