The scheduling flexibility allows for personal and professional balance. + Small Caseload and Minimal Admin Work: A small caseload and fewer admin tasks makes the work more meaningful and less overwhelming. Also, not having supervisees allows space to focus on clinical work. + Ongoing Learning and Growth: In-home CEUs and access to collaborating with experienced coworkers and coaches provide continuous learning opportunities. After past experiences with both small and large companies that left me feeling burnt out and wary, this company restored my love for the field.
