23andMe is amazing in so many ways. Let me list just some: -passionate teammates who are incredibly bright, driven, and caring; -a product that is exciting because of the ways in which it can and will change the world, and is getting better every single day; -a culture that promotes innovation, conversation (even the uncomfortable ones), and challenge; -a work environment that is flexible and has the right perks and benefits that matter to many of us (delicious lunches, the beautiful rooftop terrace, everyday is bring your dog to work day, balloons to celebrate new hires and anniversaries); -it is so inspiring to be in an organization with a female CEO -- this means a lot, and Anne's leadership and energy is awesome!! -having the opportunity to do meaningful work -- I look forward to coming in everyday because it doesn't feel like the mundane -- we each have purpose!
