I do not see any pros for this company.

The HR connections are very poor. No proper updates. No response on requested queries. No employee satisfaction. They dont respond to emails and phones if we have any query and doubts after joining the company. Poor lack of management.

Most of those are written because employees are pressured by HR and managers to post fake positive reviews. It’s not genuine appreciation; it’s damage control. The reality? Completely different story. Candidates are asked to pay money before recruitment starts, and if you’re rejected, you’ll never see that money again. Employees are micromanaged, overworked, and unsupported. Management plays politics instead of building teams. And when you finally leave? Forget about your experience letter, payslips, F&F, or PL encashment. They’ll stop responding like you never existed. 2Coms runs on pressure, fear, and favoritism — not ethics, not professionalism. The constant fake reviews can’t hide that truth. If you value honesty, respect, and fair practices, stay away from 2Coms Kolkata. There are far better firms that actually treat people with dignity.
