Quality company that trains professionals how to communicate better and have more impact in their roles.

Company is very small which means employees have to wear many hats, many of which they aren't experts in.

-Work for a youth-specific organisation.

-F2F service delivery was promised during interview process, but never eventuated (more than 6 months later). -Highly inappropriate comments made by management to workers. -Shared office space did not align with confidentiality and privacy as calls could be heard from rooms next door which were occupied by other organisations. -New workers being paid significantly less than other workers despite having the exact same tasks and duties. -No supervision (both internal and external) provided at all
