Lots of nepotism within the workforce, therefore opportunity for progression is limited. Low to average pay. Most managers are ex military and choose to ignore the mistreatment of colleagues affected by bullying. It's a case of 'put up, shut up or leave.' Poor management and bullying throughout the company. Nice people don't stay! 2Excel Aviation regularly dismiss people at short notice, without prior warning and without a genuine reason. If bullying is reported, all levels of management and HR turn a blind eye and seek to bully the victim out rather than address the problem even if they go above and beyond with their commitment to getting the tasks done and give 110%; they are not interested in the wellbeing of victims of bullying who are made to feel isolated and worthless.

Appalling standards of leadership and management. Some individuals still believe they're still serving in the military and have not adapted their conduct to the civilian environment. The shift leaders have very limited civilian aircraft experience and limited aircraft licence cover. The company does not pay for additional licence cover or type cover, so if you're a dual B1 & B2 with B200 & B300 on your licence don't expect additional pay. The O/T rate is 1.3x . The company deduct your salary during break times. They annualise your annual leave. HR personnel are unbelievable - totally unapproachable exemplify many of the worst characteristics would skin a fart if they could (eg HR allegedly mis-calculated working hours so they forced the employees to sacrifice their leave or work O/T for free for 40 hrs to make up for their mistakes). Old school 'bonds' for awful type training courses to maintain their ageing aircraft fleet. Limited access to IT - A truly shocking company to work for, could nt wait to leave.
