      The communication is mainly done over IM, if you're like me and like face to face communication it can take a bit to get used too.

      Management and team Not included in the interact culture and events Low pay Discouraged to talk to HR and HR doesn’t really help Manager can get easily irrirated and might lash out Minimal support from team lead and manager Toxic environment if ever on the manager’s raider and they might retaliate. For example,Will write you up for every single thing until you lose it and want to quit. And HR will not help you at all
