Not a great culture here

I have been an employee of 2Squared agency for over 5 years and have had some of the best and worst times here. Over the first 3 Years it was constant changes within management and structure, ultimately creating an unpleasant work environment. Saying this, the last 2 years with under current directors the company has been nothing more than a supportive, secure and pleasant environment as they both will go above and beyond for employees. The directors and SLT have introduced a professional environment and structure that supports and promotes growth in their staff. This allows opportunities to delve into other departments and see the process as a full circle. The studio is now a creative environment with no micro management and an environment which allows experimentation of creative concepts for social and campaign assets. Within this department there are opportunities are given for travel for campaigns and factory visits for content creation. The office is a contemporary space with lots of amenities for staff, The studio is ever changing with set builds etc changing every day, It is located in the basement with some expected damp/cold conditions. Although the studio environment is calm and considered there are times that it becomes an extremely fast paced environment, Both are manageable and enjoyable as members pull together as a team.
