Lack of communication between management and employees, schedule changes, supervisor changes, and the difference of opinion from one person to the next. Let me explain that last note; when you're speaking with one supervisor and are told one thing, then you go to another the next day and not only are told a completely different answer, but possibly are scolded for what you did the previous day? Confused? I really hope not, because every company out there does have this problem.
