Good company - Recensione dipendente - RBT presso 3-Step Therapy

Gained an enormous amount of experience while being surrounded by coworkers that are goal oriented and family based. There was never a day I would dread calling 3 step therapy my workplace. The staff are as involved as management is. Management always went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were heard and taken care of. This is, dare I say, one of the best employers in the city.

No cons come to mind. Anything that could’ve been a con , you can bring it up with management and they’ll work on a fix. This company is extremely solution based.

The coworkers are friendly, and the clients are great to work with.

Management appears to prioritize revenue over staff and client well-being. The facility conditions are poor, with broken floorboards temporarily held together with duct tape. In addition, the 'aftercare' program places multiple clients with a single RBT, which is inappropriate for ABA services and raises serious compliance concerns."
