1. Bad Management, they dont have a clue how to lead teams. 2. Has unreasonable amount of favoritism 3. No personal and professional boundary 4. Will terminate your contract to avoid giving your rightful benefits. 5. The decision makers are the worst who would hold personal grudge against their own employees. 6. Pays you a very nominal salary 7. HR Department doesn't have a clue of how to manage resources and what HR is all about in reality. 8. The CTO of the company needs to actually listen to employees rather than just brag about his personal life stories and how he has become successful.
